The
largest shopping and entertainment complex in Northern
Thailand is the
focal point of more than 6 million customers of all
levels. The plaza has numerous magnets including a
Robinson Department Store, with a 7-screen cineplex, a
large multi-purpose hall for activities, the very first
"Northern Village"
retail concept merchandising selective handicrafts from
local craftsmen.
Anchored
by Robinson's department store, this mall is a bit
smaller than Kad Suan Keow but still offers great
shopping. Housed here are familiar names like Watsons,
Esprit, The Body Shop and Export Shop (men's sports
shop). Other tenants include specialty stores (for wine,
eyeglasses), an arcade, and shops
selling jewelry, phones, appliances and sporting goods.
Eating
options are aplenty; choose from the food court,
coffeehouse, MK restaurant or Kentucky Fried Chicken.
Alternatively, indulge yourself at Baskin Robbins or
Dairy Queen (nothing like a Coffee Oreo Blizzard to get
you through
the day!).
The
Central Airport Plaza, Chiangmai officially opened the
largest aquarium in
the North of Thailand and biggest cinema in Chiangmai as
well.
